I love the wide field perspective of Comet C/2022 E3 with NGC 1647 Michael.
I was out the same night from 8:15pm to 10:18pm shooting a closeup of the same targets. Here's what the closeup perspective looks like (see attached: C2022 E3 w-NGC1647, Home, TV85 w-0p8x FR, ASI2600MC, 20230213, w-Txt.jpg).
Thanks for sharing your images from Alligator Point. That seems like a great location for dark skies. Way to go!!

This image was obtained during my visit to the Gulf Coast beach at Alligator Pt, FL, a Bortle class 2 dark sky location, on Feb 13, at 11:49pm EST. It is a cropped single exposure DSLR photograph.
Capture Details: EOS 6D Mk II, f/4.5, 150s, ISO 12800, 135mm, Fornax Lightrack II.
