Women of DVAA is open to all women members and spouses/partners of members.    We share a love of astronomy but there is no need to own or operate a telescope.   If you would like to meet other women in DVAA, join us for pizza at 5pm, prior to the DVAA Monthly Meeting which starts at 6:30pm.    This will be an outdoor in-person meeting at the Militia Hill MHL-3 pavilion at Fort Washington State Park.    If you have an astronomy or space-related book you are finished with, you are welcome to bring it to share. 

Please register if you will be joining us, so we will know how much pizza to order!    You are also invited to stay for the main DVAA Monthly Meeting, which will feature astronomy exhibits on various topics from 6:30-8:30, and (weather-permitting) an observing session from 8:30-10:30.  Expert help with your telescope is also available.   

Directions:  Enter the Militia Hill Day Use Area  from Militia Hill Road, Joshua Road, or Skippack Pike.   Follow signs to "Pavilions."  Park in Lot #3.  The pavilion building is labeled "L-3" but is shown as "MHL-3" on the park maps.
