The DVAA has a long and proud history of public service, through outreach, for all sorts of institutions and groups (i.e. schools, libraries, churches, civic institutions, etc.).   In 2022 we held a total of 23 events with over 800 public attendees: 

• 5 DVAA pubic star parties at Valley Forge National Historical  Park
• 9 star parties with libraries, community groups, scouts, and others
  
• 2  solar viewings
• 7 astronomy presentations to groups (scouts, schools, etc.)
