What is this?
We’ll have a pretty nice partial eclipse on Thursday morning, June 10, 2021. It will be visible at sunrise at about 5:45am and lasting until about 6:30am. A clear horizon to the East-Northeast will be necessary.
DVAA members will be viewing the eclipse from the Spring-Ford Senior High School in Royersford.
Park in the rear by the baseball field; we will be set up on the left side of the field adjacent to the baseball field's third base by 5:30am. We need to be cleared out by 6:30am before the students arrive.
Feel free to bring your solar-filtered telescopes or binoculars, or you can view the eclipse through DVAA member telescopes. Please wear a mask unless you are vaccinated.
