The Delaware Valley Amateur Astronomers is a group of enthusiastic
hobbyists who live in and around Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
We love to share our knowledge and enjoyment of astronomy with
other amateur astronomers and with the general public. Please see the
Benefits of
Membership page for more about membership, which has a membership
application you can print and send in.
We meet monthly, and meetings are free and open to the public (please see the
event schedule for
dates and directions to where we meet). The meeting room opens at 7:00 for
socializing, and the meetings begin at 7:30 sharp (since the GPCC kicks
everyone out promptly at 10:00).
